Elimination of large center support tube eliminates any bridging of high roughage materials between the large center tube, and outer reel bars.
Reel capacity has actually been increased without increasing reel size.
 The SUPER REEL design enhances the mixing action by allowing materials to gently tumble and roll unobstructed, through the center of the reel in an improved waterfall mixing action.

The outer spiral paddles help provide superior back to front mixing action.
High mixing pressure against the mixer sides and bottom is eliminated.
Schiler's SUPER-REEL Mixers do not mix by force or pressure, resulting in compressed and crushed materials, and breakdown of material fiber. The SUPER REEL with centerless design leaves a more fluffy, palatable ration with fibers more intact.
SIMPLE DRIVE - Two roller chain drives running in an oil environment, eliminates extra sprockets, and maintenance. Tough cast nylon bearings are used in the Super Reel drive.
