Schuler Mfg. is a diversified manufacturing company specializing in the production of several models of feed mixer. We also provide custom manufacturing services for other companies. We are a family owned corporation in business since 1964 located in the state of Iowa in the United States.
Schuler manufactures cattle feed mixer, feed wagon and other feed mixer equipment under our name for the beef cattle feedlot and dairy industries. Our feed mixer models are available in tractor PTO driven and towed, truck mounted and stationary versions. Two concept feed mixer models are currently available; vertical mixer in single and multiple auger designs, and horizontal paddle reel bar feed mixer design.
Electronic scales are commonly installed on our feed mixer line to allow formulating of feed rations and complete feed diets accurately. Schuler sells, installs and services popular brands of electronic scales for this purpose.
Schuler is also engaged in contract manufacturing, custom metal fabrication and welding ranging from small metal parts to complete machinery. Projects can be manufactured from customer's drawings and/or prints or we can offer development, engineering and design services using CAD drafting and design systems in industries that we have experience in.
CNC machining center, CNC robotic welding, dual head CNC plasma cutting, CNC turning lathe, metal plate shear, press brakes, mechanical and hydraulic iron workers, plate roller, skilled hand welding, skilled component assembly, and painting are all examples of our processing equipment and services that Schuler offers.
